I am a psychotherapist based in Nairobi, Kenya. I work from an integrative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach. My practice draws primarily on EMDR, alongside relational, narrative, and somatic approaches. I work with adults and older teens experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I also has particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and people navigating gender and sexual diversity.
