Terms for therapist onboarding and practice

These terms apply to every therapist seeking verification, profile approval, and client-facing practice access on Cognidel.

Professional eligibility

  • Only qualified mental health professionals should submit therapist onboarding to Cognidel.
  • Submitted credentials, scope of practice, contact details, and identity documents must be factual and current.
  • False, misleading, borrowed, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate disqualification without future consideration.

Practice conduct

  • Therapists must work within their actual scope of practice, competence, and licensure.
  • Session notes, client records, scheduling, and communication must be handled only through authorised platform workflows.
  • Therapists remain responsible for lawful, ethical, and professionally appropriate care delivery.

Payments and platform use

  • Therapy fees, payouts, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Cognidel workflow and payment records.
  • Therapists must not solicit off-platform payment for sessions booked through Cognidel.
  • Profile visibility, verification status, and booking access may be paused or revoked where platform policy is breached.
