Professional therapy
Discover therapists, make appointments, and attend sessions through an experience designed around clear care.
About Cognidel
Cognidel brings together professional therapy, mental-health learning, practical resources, and space for personal reflection. Whether someone needs care, wants to understand their mind better, or is looking for useful material to support their growth, they can begin here.
We call Cognidel Fortress of the Mind because mental health deserves more than a single feature or a passing interaction. It deserves an environment with the parts of support working together.
One environment, connected support
A person may need a therapist at one point, a reliable resource at another, and a clearer understanding of mental health throughout. These needs are connected. Cognidel keeps them within a single, coherent platform rather than treating care, education, and support as unrelated destinations.
The result is a place where people can move with purpose: from learning to action, from seeking a therapist to managing a session, or from a difficult moment to a practical tool that helps them reflect and continue.
Discover therapists, make appointments, and attend sessions through an experience designed around clear care.
Build practical understanding through structured courses, lessons, and assessments created for mental-health literacy and personal development.
Find materials and tools that support learning, reflection, and the work people do between important moments.
Professional standards
Therapists do not simply create a public profile and begin offering care. Cognidel thoroughly reviews professional credentials before approving a therapist to practise on the platform, and keeps professional information under review as part of that relationship.
In Kenya, this includes verification against the Kenya Counsellors and Psychologists Board where it applies. As Cognidel serves professionals in other jurisdictions, the same standard applies through the relevant professional body.
Professional therapy and mental-health education have different purposes. Therapy is care delivered by an approved practitioner; learning on Cognidel supports knowledge and literacy, and does not represent professional clinical qualification.
