Safety And Crisis

If this is urgent, use emergency help first.

Cognidel is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, hospital, ambulance service, or law enforcement channel. Emergency numbers and response systems differ by country.

Emergency first steps

  1. 1.Move away from immediate danger if you can do so safely.
  2. 2.Contact your local emergency number or nearest emergency service.
  3. 3.Reach a trusted person near you and stay with them where possible.
  4. 4.Do not wait for Cognidel chat, email, or support replies during an emergency.
  5. 5.After immediate danger is handled, use Cognidel reporting tools so admins can review platform-related concerns.

Panic and report buttons

Use the in-session panic/report controls when a session, therapist, client, or interaction feels unsafe or abusive.

Admin escalation

Reports and safety contact requests are routed to platform admins for review, triage, and follow-up action.

No outcome guarantees

Cognidel does not promise medical results. Therapy, learning, assessments, and resources support care decisions but do not guarantee outcomes.

Private by design

Mental health data must be treated as sensitive. Access is role-based, and clinical details should only be visible where care operations require it.
