Platform rules for therapy operations

These policies govern booking, cancellations, payments, records, and operational conduct across Cognidel Therapy.

Bookings and attendance

  • Therapy sessions are reserved only through the authenticated platform workflow.
  • A booking is not treated as confirmed until payment status is completed inside Cognidel.
  • Clients and therapists are expected to join sessions from their assigned session room and scheduled time.

Cancellations and reschedules

  • 24 hours or more before session start: eligible for full refund or one clean reschedule, subject to platform records.
  • Less than 24 hours before session start: partial refund or admin-reviewed outcome depending on session state and payment trace.
  • Repeated last-minute changes, no-shows, or disputed attendance can be escalated for platform review.

Payments, refunds, and wallets

  • All therapy payments are handled inside Cognidel and recorded against the session and wallet ledger.
  • Refunds are processed against the actual payment trail, session status, and platform review data.
  • Wallet balances, withdrawals, and therapist earnings follow internal reconciliation before payout completion.

Privacy and records

  • Therapy rooms, notes, and supporting documents are treated as protected platform records.
  • Only authorised session participants and approved operational controls may access therapy workflow data.
  • Users must not upload unlawful, fabricated, or irrelevant materials into therapy workflows.
