I am a licensed clinical psychologist (M.A.) specialising in working with teenagers, emerging adults (ages 19 to 29), and adults. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which the client and I work together to untangle whatever feels stuck or complicated in a safe and confidential environment. My primary therapeutic approach is eclectic, using varied techniques to support clients, based on their unique needs. I am, however, grounded in person-centred therapy as I firmly believe that you, the client, know what is best for you. Why? Because you are the one living in your body and truly understand where it hurts or what is needed.
