Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage Cognidel uses, why they are needed, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 2, 2026

What Cognidel uses

Cognidel uses strictly necessary cookies to establish and protect signed-in sessions, apply security controls, and keep authenticated services working.

Cognidel also uses browser storage for choices and continuity features such as theme preferences, interface state, draft recovery, and temporary session-note recovery on the device you are using.

Payments and external services

When you choose a payment provider, that provider may set its own cookies or use similar technologies on its checkout pages for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.

Those provider technologies are governed by the provider's own notice. Cognidel does not use a payment provider cookie to create an advertising profile.

Analytics and advertising

Cognidel does not set advertising cookies or use third-party behavioural advertising cookies on the platform.

Duration and control

A cookie or stored item remains only for the period required by its purpose, the configured session lifetime, or until you clear it. Some temporary browser data ends when the tab or browser session ends.

You can remove cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and may stop protected features from working.
